Alexander Atkinson practices primarily in the area of Real Estate and Immigration Law with an emphasis on residential/commercial conveyancing and immigration in the skilled worker and business categories.

Alexander is currently an active member in the Canadian Bar Association (CBA) and of the BC Immigration Law Section of the CBA. He is also a member of the CBA Sections on Real Estate, Litigation and Business Law.

Although his practice centers primarily on Real Estate and Immigration issues, Mr. Atkinson has experience in Business, Wills and General Litigation matters. He has completed business transaction in the sale and purchase of small businesses as well as worked as counsel for a Defendant in a multi-million dollar lawsuit which was successfully resolved in favour of the Defendant. He has successfully resolved numerous motor vehicle accident claim cases acting for the Plaintiff.

Called to the Bar in Alberta in 1996, BC Bar in 2005, Alexander received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario and his law degree from the University of Manchester, Manchester UK. He is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association (CBA).
