| Additional Discharge | $149.00 + tax |
Mortgages and Transfers
| Mortgage | $588.00 + tax |
| Mortgage and Discharge | $688.00 + tax |
| Transfer to Executor, Spouse, Child | $388.00 + tax |
Visa/Mastercard
*This estimate does not include survey certificates, title insurance, strata corporation charges, property transfer tax charges or insurance agent charges. Additional fees may be billed for short deadline closings, mortgages that require multiple debt payouts or extra services required in order to close a more complex real estate transaction. Paying out credit cards or creditor accounts at Lender’s request: $95.00 per payout.
