Please note you may not be eligible to sponsor if you answer yes to the following, are in receipt of social assistance for a reason other than disability, are undischarged bankrupt, subject to Immigration sanction or review or in breach of immigration loans, currently detained in jail, prison, penitentiary or reformatory, criminality, sponsored or co-signed a sponsorship where sponsored person or dependents received social assistance and breach of child or spousal support court order. Previously sponsored a spouse. Please provide details if any of the above applies to you.
